We are looking for a SPARE PART SPECIALIST to join our After Sales team in Vantaa office.

As a Spare part specialist, you will be providing prompt and professional spare part support to the customers, to ensure that their onsite inventory and our supply chain enable the shortest possible downtime of production equipment. You will also help the customers to decrease the time and risk of unplanned downtime by offering spare parts proactively to complete their onsite inventory.

As our Spare Parts Specialist you will be mainly responsible for following tasks:

* Finding the correct spare parts for the customer.
* Creating recommended spare part lists for the customer projects.
* Ensure that spare part quotations, order confirmations and shipments are made and
* documented timely to the customers.
* Manage the warranty issues for spare parts.
* Cooperate with internal teams to give technical support related to spare parts for the
* external customers.
* Collect contacts for spare part sales market surveys.
* Participating in the development projects, which are related to spare parts.

Working in an international company with a global customer network requires the ability to collaborate and communicate actively with other business units and customers so that we can utilize our full potential for spare part function. You will work in close co-operation with several internal and external stakeholders like purchasing, engineering, and the whole supply chain overall in our group locations. In this role you will report to Team Leader of Spare parts.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a team player with some experience in Spare Parts, supply chain and B2B sales. You understand the after sales business, product management and inventory management. We expect you to have good spoken and written communicational skills in English. We appreciate your knowledge of SAP and MS office tools as well as ability to use and learn different IT tools. Personal characteristics such as determination, reliability, and ability to take responsibility of your work independently. Good communication skills, accuracy and persistence will support succeeding in this role. Self-driven and customer oriented
attitude is needed in this position.
