We are now looking for

BUSINESS CONTROLLER

As a Business Controller your main responsibility is to manage and develop our business controlling function according to company strategy and plans. You are expected to develop business processes and procedures, monthly management reporting and analyses in line with Coveris Group guidelines but also for the benefit of local business needs. Business Controller has a significant role in supporting local management with financial analyses and estimates in order to ensure business decisions based on relevant financial information. You will also have an active role in business planning and in improving business processes.

Your tasks will include:
- Budgeting, forecasting and financial estimates
- Value-, cost-, pricing-, profitability and efficiency analyses
- Investment related calculations
- Financial analysis and reporting
- Implementation of Group standard report processes
- Monthly management reporting

We expect you to provide strong added value by bringing forward ideas and thoughts and in a positive way challenge our organization. You are systematic, strategic and result-oriented team player feeling comfortable with working under pressure and in changing situations. You hold an academic degree, preferably in Finance or Business and Economics, and you have gained experience in a demanding finance role preferably in an industrial and international environment. Fluent English skills as well as Excel skills are essential.

The office is located in Hämeenlinna, but you will also be able to work partly home-based.
