We are looking for a IS/IT Site Service Delivery Manager for Nissan Nordic Europe.  

Your overall objective is to ensure end-to-end delivery of services that are critical to day-to-day operations in a demanding, complex business that never sleeps. From Research & Development to Aftersales operations, Service Delivery enables the business to achieve its goals. The position is based at Nissan Nordic Europe’s headquarters in Espoo. The employment is permanent and you will be hired directly for Nissan Nordic Europe.

As the IS/IT Site Service Delivery Manager, your main tasks and responsibilities will include being responsible to ensure end-to-end delivery of services within the teams’ scope ensuring satisfaction within the business operations and stakeholders. You are also responsible for management of the budget, as well as overseeing financial and purchasing needs of the organisation in order to deliver the agreed programme of work. Additionally, establishing, transitioning and managing the performance of ongoing services with trusted service providers are important part of your routines. Adherence to industry best practice, departmental governance and service delivery methodologies whilst delivering to recognised quality, cost and time constraints are essential in achieving your goals.

Required skills and background

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an enterprise technology and/or service delivery management role within a large, complex, fast-paced organisation
- Strong background in Service Delivery, End User Computing, Infrastructure and Project Management and the principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management throughout the full project lifecycle
- Experience of managing the performance of a large, complex managed service with a trusted partner
- Background in Information System/IT management and support with an awareness of varied infrastructures
- Recent, practical experience of ITIL methods, certification is desired but not compulsory
- An awareness and understanding of the organisation in a Sales Company, ideally within the automotive sector
