We are currently looking for a TOM Planner for our client in Olkiluoto Nuclear Power Plant, Finland. The job starts as soon as possible and lasts approximately 6 months depending on our client's need. The position will be fulfilled as soon as the right person is found so please apply quickly.
Ensure that health and safety project Targets are met:
-Ensure that works are only performed under released work order (safety related).
-Attend to HSE trainings.
-Frequently brief the own team about existing and new risks at site.
-Ensure that health and safety rules are known and applied by the workers (PPE, work permit, scaffolds, ladder, material etc.)
-In case of discrepancies to implement corrective actions to avoid new occurrences with help of the client's HSE officer.
-Track and report health and safety deviations.
Ensure that the works are performed in accordance to the specified technical and quality requirements:
-Process upcoming work orders and follow them until closure.
-Ensure that works are only performed under released work order.
-Check that work are executed in accordance to CFC drawings.
-Follow daily and closely activities of its own team and correct as soon as possible any deviation,
-Resolve any occurring blockings with the team and other disciplines at site.
-Track and report all technical and/or quality deviations.
-Ensure that the targets ate met and alert in case of deviation.
Ensure that progress details are provided to IMM management.
-Report in specified report sessions the progress of each work order.
General and technical background expected:
-Experience in Electrical Engineering (especially documentation).
-Technician or mechanical engineering degree.
-At minimum 5 years of maintenance experience on power station or process plant (power plan / submarine / petrol industry).
-Ability to discuss and justify client's position regarding maintenance practices toward the customer.
-Able to express clearly verbally and in writing (English language).
