Our client, European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) is looking for SCIENTIFIC ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT for fixed term employment relationship. The position is starting 01/03/2019 and will continue until 31/03/2019. The work environment is very international and youthful and the office is located in Helsinki city center.
Support the releases of IUCLID 6 v3.x and 6.4 as part of the IUCLID team.
Chemistry, (Eco-)Toxicology, Biology or related. Experience with data/IT applications, preferably IUCLID
-Support the releases of IUCLID 6 v.3.x and 6.4 to be released to the public and in ECHA in April and October 2019:
Testing of the IUCLID Template Manager (ITEM) to support the format changes. In addition, pilot projects are ongoing with Australia and Canada in order to customise IUCLID to their needs. Support this activity by assisting the users creating new documents and legislations and updating the ITEM user manual.
-Testing of the newly implemented dynamic content rules feature in ITEM
-Encoding of the format changes specifications in ITEM including migration rules
-Verification of implemented JIRA issues, after each Sprint release (every two weeks)
-Regression testing of IUCLID and ITEM
-Contribution to the update of the report templates in order to adapt to the IUCLID 6.4 format and implement the identified improvements
-Support for IUCLID-related training
-Support in the development of IUCLID video-tutorials
