Milrem LCM is a defence company specialising in lifecycle management services for armoured and combat vehicles. Milrem’s primary client is the Defence Forces of Estonia. Besides lifecycle management, the company provides project-based services and is in constant search of new business.

Our flexible and ethical company is looking to fill the key position of

Business Development Manager

You WILL travel the world to find new business for the Baltic market and to establish relationship with the world’s top-100 companies of defence-industry. It will be up to you to find contacts, hold top-level negotiations, convince partners and offer ideas on how to bring the company to the next level.

To succeed, you should preferably HAVE military background and master the art of getting under people’s skin on world-class level. Also terrific analytical skills, excellent English and the ability to manage your time and processes to reach the targets. You should be very fond of travelling, as you will spend a significant amount of time abroad.
