We are now looking for a SALES MANAGER, CORPORATE SEGMENT
Are you driven by leading and developing a committed sales team? Would you like to work with expanding our B2B business with Dustin’s new and existing customers as a base? Dustin continues to grow, and we are investing further in our Corporate segment. We are now looking for a Sales Manager to build up our relationship selling with the Finnish Corporate market.
My name is Topi Järvenpää; I am Business Unit Director for Dustin Finland and the recruiter for this position. I think it is important that work is characterized by a strong culture with a focus on the customer, the employee, and Dustin. As a leader, I am straightforward and clear, but also involved. We have fun together, and we win as a team. You will be part of our local Sales Management team, a team of four persons.
As Sales Manager, you will start by making a business plan for Finnish market from your own Corporate segment. Dustin runs its B2B sales with an innovative and long-term approach, and with a focus on both cultivating new customers and developing existing ones. You will have responsibility for budgeting and personnel, as well as supporting, managing, developing and training your sales team. Your daily work will be multifaceted and also include: responsibility for the Corporate Finland business area, negotiating and creating alliances with partners, manufacturers, and so on, and pushing through improvements.
In this role you will be a key person in Dustin’s vision of being our customers’ first choice for IT-related products and services, and you will set the standard for efficient IT. Together with your team, you will work with continuous improvements, and on developing processes and procedures.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in direct sales of products, services and solutions similar to those offered by Dustin. You have previous management experience and handle staffing responsibilities well. We also expect that you have experience of selling solutions, planning portfolios and accounts, and working with budgets and forecasts.
To succeed in the role here at Dustin, you will also have previous experience of working in organisations where you collaborate with other parts of the operation, such as specialist sales, the marketing division and pre-sales to achieve business success. Our offering is complex, and one of your most important challenges will be gaining support for and pushing solutions sales to new heights. You are experienced in negotiations and can, if necessary, take on a project management role.
Your daily work at Dustin will largely involve coaching and developing your sales team.
