We are looking for a OL3 HSE Manager for our client in Olkiluoto. Work starts as soon as possible, estimated duration is 6-12 months.
As H&S Manager on OL3, you will implement the health and safety plan based on Areva policy and local Finnish regulation for the construction, commissioning and start up ad for the starting of the nuclear island of the EPR Olkiluoto 3 (plan based on OHSAS18001).
You will be responsible for:
-the organization of the daily activities of the H&S team.
-the implementation of the H&S plan for the Areva activities.
-the follow-up of the implementation of the on-site H&S rules by all the speakers(including subcontractors).
-the preparation of the directives, instructions and information notes related to H&S.
-the analysis and the validation of H&S plans, procedures and risk analysis of the suppliers and the subcontractors, commissioning procedures and the surveillance of their implementation.
-the collection of statistics data relative to the H&S and their analysis for the preparation of action plans for continuous improvement.
-the promotion of a high safety culture on site (communications, coordination) and 0 accident target.
-the technical (H&S) support for the operational teams.
-the organization of the emergency response (fire, accident, first aid station).
-You may need to be on duty based on activities.
General and Technical Backround expected:
-Ecperience of management of H&S on big construction sites
-A previous experience in Nuclear power Plant would ne appreciated
-Master HSE or equivalent
-Knowledge in electricity would be appreciated
-communication with different partners
-On boarding team
-Good knowledge of the European H&S regulation and OHSAS 18001 standard.
-Electro-mechanical installation and commissioning to allow good risk analysis of the activities.
-Capacity to draft HSE procedures.
-Capacity to lead meetings.
-Capacity to analyze, pragmatism, flexibility, strength of proposition, big ability to react, autonomy and natural authority.
