to join Nets’ Nordic Retention Team of their Merchant Services business unit located in Helsinki.

In this position, you will be part of an energetic and successful team that thrives from strong nose for value, passion to change the world in Fintech area and great team spirit. The team handles all B2B clients who contact Nets to terminate their engagement with their Payment Terminals, International Acquirer Agreements or other services. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Attending both inbound and outgoing calls based on advanced analytics
  • Driving churn prevention campaigns
  • Providing high service quality to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Increasing the contract value of existing customers through cross-selling

We are looking for candidates with a strong passion for customer experience. Your skillset includes great listening and negotiation skills, ability to build and develop customer relations and fluency in Finnish, Swedish and English. You are a great team player that has energetic and resilient approach to work and innovative mindset with ideas on how to further develop the team’s common goal of creating clients that are more loyal.
