Our international customer, Uponor, is looking for an experienced
MANAGER, IT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
In this role, you will lead the Sales and Marketing IT applications team. You will develop CRM and Marketing Automation solutions further in global perspective, and support the definition of conceptual solutions to extend our sales analytics. In addition, you take holistic view and ensure actions to develop customer journey. Your location can be Frankfurt or Hassfurt, Germany or Vantaa, Finland. You will report to the Director IT Business Applications.
The ideal candidate is a business-minded team player with great collaboration and communication capability having experience of IT solutions supporting customer collaboration.
Besides your strategic thinking, you still find passion towards IT development and you have technical capabilities to drive the initiatives forward. You understand how to develop customer experience and to build customer journey and analytics to best support various global sales teams.

Requirements for the role:
- Several years of experience of IT applications development
- Business understanding
- Drive for customer experience
- Good understanding of business processes
- Experienced with different data analytics concepts
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with leading a team
- Used to driving things in matrix and over cultural differences
- Experience in leading changes/change management
- Able to adapt own behaviour to changing situations
- Proactive and can-do-attitude
- Fluent in English
- MSc in relevant field preferred
