With view of developing our organization further, we are now seeking an international and dynamic Chief Financial Officer, CFO, to work in our Head Offices in Jyväskylä.
CFO will be responsible for Finance & Administration of the company, from both the strategic and operational perspective. Your area of responsibility also includes HR function of the company. You are a member of the operational management team. You will also be attending the board meetings and present matters within your areas of responsibility.
To succeed in these tasks, the following competences are required:
- Strong experience in strategic financial management and business-oriented thinking
- Experience in international project business
- Experience in currency hedging and financing relations
- Good negotiating skills and persuasiveness
- Motivational and active approach to daily management work
- Experience in handling complex contract structures
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Fluent Finnish and English is required, Swedish is an advantage
