We are looking for an Information Security Manager to strengthen our global IT organisation. The IT organisation employs approximately 100 IT Experts, and it is responsible for Enterprise Applications, IT Infrastructure and Operations, Cyber Security, Enterprise Architecture and IT Sourcing.
The Information Security Manager has an important role in ensuring that Uponor has adequate controls globally in place to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information assets. In addition, s/he ensures that the company complies with all relevant Information Security legislations.
Other responsibilities include
- Accountability of the information security and information risk management.
- Providing guidance and setting standards for security controls in Uponor digital offering.
- Driving co-operation to ensure one set of processes and tools globally.
To succeed in this role, you most likely should have several years´ experience within the information security and have know-how of regulatory compliance development, such as GDPR, and overall data protection governance.
In addition, we wish you have the following qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently in the matrix organisation, as well as awareness and understanding of cultural differences.
- Solid change management and communications skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing business situations.
- Fluent English.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- CISSP or CISA is an advantage.
