JUNIOR COUNTRY FINANCE MANAGER
for our Client Ascensia Diabetes Care for their Finnish organization in Helsinki. This is a fixed term position, expected duration at least until 31.12.2022.
As Junior Country Finance Manager you will foresee and manage all finance activities in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland with the support of Country Manager. You will act as service provider to the Scandinavian countries assuring appropriate quality for key functional areas of finance (accounting, treasury, taxes). Your role includes group reporting, creation and filing of statutory statements in compliance with applicable laws, internal procedures and guidelines. You will supervise the Country Managers in Nordic region. You will ensure that financial targets and objectives are in line with the regional business strategy. You will provide monthly forecasts and analysis, and keep economic issues up-to-date in the respective markets. Acting as contact point between the local management and the headquarters is part of your job. You will also have a possibility in contributing in product launches and entering into new countries/markets.
We prefer you to be experienced in these areas:
- Knowledge in financial key sectors as accounting, treasury and taxes
- Financial reporting and building forecasts
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
You have the keys to success with following skill set and educational background:
University/Polytechnic degree in finance
Strong analytical capabilities and communication skills
Team player with courage and integrity
Self-drive, influencing skills and proactive approach
Fluent with written and spoken Finnish and English languages
