Sales and Logistics Coordinator, Finland
We are looking for a SALES AND LOGISTICS COORDINATOR to strengthen our global service functions. The position will be based in Espoo Finland. For the role you will have to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken). Your responsibilities will include sales of company products and processing customers' orders in full. In addition, your responsibilities will include working daily with the company's ERP system processing orders while communicating with freight forwarders for the transportation for the orders.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting company global offices
- Sales order handling and processing customer requests
- Creating sales orders to our ERP system and invoicing
- Ability to work and communicate with freight companies and creating appropriate documentation
- Arranging materials required for site on timely manner
- Co-operation with management, sales and service providers worldwide
Required skills and experience:
- A customer and service-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft and typing skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload
- Precise to details
- Prior experience in ERP system (preferably IBS Enterprise).
- Fluency in English
- Good understanding of Norwegian and Swedish languages considered an advantage
- Prior experience in technical sales considered as an advantage
- Self-motivated
