Huawei Technologies Finland is looking for a SCM Specialist in Sales Office in Metsälä.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the internal contract fulfillment.
* Monitor main equipment and aux. installation material arrival in destination timely and completely in CPP platform, including shipment condition schedule (site survey, LC, Down-payment, etc.), EPD and CRD abnormal coordinate, Daily or weekly report for contract fulfillment status.
* Monitor Order closing status, ensure revenue would be recognized on time based on company regulation.
* Manage client PO forecast and timeline PO release, to reduce order plan amendment and the impact for end to end supply chain operation.
* Logistics management which cover transportation trace and tracking, central warehouse inbound/ storage/ outbound management, engineer subcontractor inventory and site inventory management.
* Logistics expense invoice management, control correct and on time payment.
* Managing the reverse cargo from site/customer to the end.
* Internal Process compliance test and report.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* University degree in related area, supply chain or order management. You should be familiar with contract management process and at least 2 years supply chain or logistics experience.
* Customer-focused, target-oriented, self-motivated, be able to take pressures and deal with multi-task and be good at prioritize. Strong communication skill and be willing to work in cross-culture environment, fluent in Chinese and English is preferred.
