We are looking for a motivated, professional individual to start in the role of a

Business Development Manager for Hybrid IT solutions.

You will be a part of our new unit Cloud & Data Solutions which aims to create digital service platform, and service to our customer. We have gathered our best cloud and technical experts together to help our customers wishes. At the moment, our team is located in Helsinki, Tampere, Jyväskylä and Lahti. But you can possibly work from any of our sites in Finland. Also, you can work much of the time from home or any other location you choose.

In the role of Business Development Manager for Hybrid IT solutions you are accountable for our Hybrid IT solutions, and you have responsibility over the IT solutions and technologies which we provide to our clients in on-prem, private or public cloud environments. The priority is you to guide the solution and secure customer facing operations. In the role you own the services offering, the roadmap in the content point of view that is becoming available to our customers.

You lead the continues services development with the team we already have. Your target is to make the services offering successful with the right services scope, the delivery with right processes to apply in collaboration with our service delivery team, our own cloud architects and engineers and our consulting and project organization. In addition to the service development, you work together with our Offering and Sales teams to make the services available, consult the customers and make sure your services are meeting the customers demand and again meets the service commitment.

You have a customer service mindset. In the service solutions, we translate technical solutions into business value. You have good analytical and problem-solving skills. You have capability to develop, manage and present solutions. You like challenges and you like to chase revenue streams and opportunities. To deliver as per expectations, you can take a role of virtual team lead the service development, services delivery to meet your business objectives. We also appreciate effective adoption and implementation of Dev Ops methodologies and thinking.

  • Wants to develop services.
  • Has understanding from IT-solutions, such as virtualization, storage, backup, network and firewall solutions.
  • Is proactive and service-minded, able to make decisions, distinctly self-motivated and have the skills to take responsibility on matters.
  • Open, constructive, and daring to perform your work at the risk of failure
  • You have gathered your own view how IT services should be produced and create value for customers.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English.

Your Primary Responsibilities Are

  • Represent Hybrid IT solutions, which includes virtualization, storage, backup, network and firewall solutions and touch point to public clouds.
  • Is responsible for securing own service areas revenues and profit.
  • Create, develop and build a standard, solid, selective service offering with defined service content.
  • Create service portfolio and offering towards our customers.
  • Support customer cases to win new business.
  • Manage the services life cycle with roadmaps.
  • Consult our service delivery organization what does it takes to meet the best delivery quality.
