Eurocosmetics Oy is a leading importer of French professional cosmetics, and the subsidiary of the SOTHYS Group, in Finland. Our customers are independent beauty salons and spas located throughout the country. We sell and market two high quality professional cosmetics series: Sothys, and Bernard Cassière. Internationally, the Sothys Group services 15,000 beauty salons and spas in more than 120 countries.
To support the growth of Eurocosmetics we are looking for a
COUNTRY MANAGER
to lead operations in the local market and to drive the business to the next level in line with the strategy.
As a Country Manager you will ensure strong, steady, and long-lasting sales development while taking care of the existing customer base and developing customer relationships. One of your key goals will be increasing brand awareness for our products in cooperation with marketing. You will also ensure the day-to-day management and supervision of the staff as well as manage finances in collaboration with an accounting partner. You will report to the general management of SOTHYS France.
We are looking for someone with a relevant sales and marketing background and at least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing of consumer products; the job is ideally suited for someone already operating in the cosmetics market. Previous experience in team leadership is relevant. We also require a good understanding of a company's financial management.
The right personality is one of the key factors in this role and we expect you to have proven collaboration skills and ability to build trust among different stakeholders. An ideal candidate is someone who has entrepreneurial and result-oriented working style and strong communication & people skills. Fluent Finnish and English is a mandatory. The position requires a willingness to travel when needed, mainly in Finland. A valid driver's license is a must.
