We are now looking for an Information Privacy Manager to lead information privacy field in a matrix organization. You will be working preferably in Helsinki or Jyväskylä, but optionally other Telia Inmics-Nebula office locations as well are negotiable.

As Information Privacy Manager you will be responsible for Inmics-Nebula's information and data privacy management processes, related management systems, policies, reporting and risk management on your responsibility area. You will also manage development efforts related to information privacy in alignment with business needs. You will work closely with operational teams in the matrix organization and help to build information privacy awareness, practices and culture in the company.
The role includes:
- Accountability about Telia Inmics-Nebula's information privacy related policies and compliance
- Responsibility to define Information Privacy related development targets in company level
- Responsibility about Data Privacy and Data Protection realization in processes, reporting and new development activities in cooperation with process owners
- Responsibility about Data Privacy risk management realization and internal audits related
- Responsibility about DPIA process realization and further development
- Responsibility to lead investigation, analysis and reporting activities in possible data breach cases
- Data architecture in relation to Data Privacy and security in co-operation with matrix stakeholders
- Co-operation with security domain area stakeholders and authorities
- Consulting role in offer processes and on your role area
- Responsibility of trainings and continual awareness increasing in organization level and leading Privacy Champions network in Telia Inmics-Nebula

Our Ideal Candidate Has
- Ability to lead Information Privacy Big Picture and engage even in a technical discussion
- Ability to provide and develop clearly defined risk-based Information Privacy roadmap
- Ability to lead the change towards common policies, processes, and tools
- Understanding about information and data privacy management best practices and regulatory compliance requirements like GDPR
- Excellent communication and networking skills, fluent Finnish and English
We Value Experience in The Following Topics
- Several years of experience in information security management area and development
- ISO 27001 information security management system
- Compliance requirements such as VAHTI, KATAKRI, SOPIVA, Finnish communication service regulatory requirements, Finnish data privacy legislation knowledge
- Information security risk management
- Implementing and enforcing information security policies, controls, and processes
- Vulnerability management, security incident management, access control management and other key information security related processes
Selected candidate needs to pass Security Clearance.
