Sales Representative or Independent Agent
to drive our refrigerant sales in Italy
In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal part in building our success in the Italian market. You will focus on strengthening relationships with existing key accounts and industrial clients, and collaboratively identifying new clientele and new business opportunities to support our continued growth in the evolving market.
Your Key Responsibilities
- With Darment, develop and execute a sales strategy for refrigerant products, focusing initially on the market in Italy
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our existing wholesale partners in Italy, actively supporting their business growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, progressively expanding the customer base to major contractors as the market evolves
- Monitor market trends and gather competitive intelligence to proactively identify opportunities and potential risks
- Leverage insights from a comprehensive European refrigerant market study to refine strategy and prioritize key target segments within Italy
- Plan and actively participate in key trade fairs, inviting prospective and existing clients to our stand and engaging in meaningful partnership discussions
- Travel regularly to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent Darment in the Italian market
Our Expectations
- Proven sales experience in the industrial sector, preferably within the refrigerant or refrigeration industry
- Strong understanding of the Italian customer landscape, including key manufacturers, industrial players, and contractors
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within Italy
- High level of professionalism and discretion in client relationship management, ensuring alignment with company interests and protection of key accounts
- Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work both independently and as part of an international team
- Solid background in the refrigeration or refrigerant business
