We are currently looking for a Travel & Expense Claims Accountant to our client Valmet. Work is fixed term substitution and full time until 31.5.2022 but there is a possibility the assignment will continue after the fixed term. During the assignment ManpowerGroup will be your employer. Currently work is done mostly remotely, but it would be beneficial to work from Valmet locations Järvenpää, Tampere or Jyväskylä.
Your main tasks:
- Timely settlement and posting of travel and expense claims globally with Workday
- Verification if claim fulfills organizational policy concerning travels
- Post travel expenses in ERP system (including proper cost and VAT accounting)
- Payment card administration
- Collaborate with team members and participate in new projects
To succeed, you will need:
- Good oral and written communication skills in English, other language skills not mandatory
- Education in accounting or skills developed through experience
- Ability to work in a global business environment and have knowledge of VAT in different countries
- Experience with Workday, Excel Pivot and ERP considered as an advantage
