Business Development Manager, Finland

As a Business Development Manager at ZetaDisplay you play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our customer base. This position involves end-to-end responsibility in the sales cycle, from strategic pipeline development to the successful closure of deals. Your primary focus will be on efficiently identifying potential customers, engaging with key stakeholders, and aligning our comprehensive solutions - including hardware, software, and content - with their business needs.

Your performance will be measured against specific targets for growth, revenue, and sales generation. Collaborating closely with our Product and Operations teams is crucial for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage the sales pipeline independently and strategically.
  • Lead Follow-up: Qualify leads and follow up with timely, impactful communication.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop relationships with key decision-makers to expand client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with Product and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and contribute to product enhancements through market feedback.
  • High Activity Level: Maintain proactive outreach, meetings, and follow-ups to generate new business.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and use tools and processes effectively.
  • Winning New Clients: Close deals to meet growth, revenue, and sales goals.
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Conduct QBRs to maintain customer relationships, reduce churn risks, and explore upsell opportunities.
  • Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting.

What we expect from you:

  • 3-5 years in end-to-end sales cycle management with a proven track record of closing deals and fostering strong customer relationships.
  • Tech/Marketing Enthusiast: Passionate about technology, media/marketing/communication, or solution selling, with the ability to adapt to evolving industry trends.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Proven success in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Management: Proficiency in CRM, sales planning, and pipeline tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and adept at conveying complex information clearly.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and proactively address challenges.
  • Fluency in Finnish and in English

Technical sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Occasional travel may be required in this position.
