As E&A Manager you are responsible for E&A department's participation in execution projects, so that projects' financial, time schedule and quality objectives in E&A activities are achieved. Resource management, both in-house and outsourced, is an essential part of your responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who will commit to deliver according to what is agreed and based on our values; success, co-operation and passion. Someone who understands customer satisfaction to be the key to successful business, but also the significance of modern leadership. You know how to create a positive atmosphere where individual competences and fluent co-operation are valued. Due to our international operations, communicating in English and willingness to travel are important elements for your success in this role. Besides English, your Finnish skills are excellent.
Your preferred location is Rauma. However, you can work flexibly at BMH Technology´s premises also elsewhere in Finland, in case you are able to travel to Rauma headquarters on a minimum once-a-week basis.

To succeed in this role:
You have proven experience in line manager duties, systematic approach, and a development-oriented mindset. Technical education as well as working experience in electrification and automation are the basic requirements. Your organizational, leadership, troubleshooting and communication skills are excellent. You are used to co-operate with several interfaces both inside and outside the company.
You have Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical or automation engineering and several years of working experience in a managerial role. You are technology and production industry oriented and you are agile to establish priorities and manage deadlines.
