Data Analyst
Join Airam in a key role supporting the implementation of our new ERP system and reporting platform. This is a 1-year project where you'll help shape our data and analytics capabilities.
Your role:
As a Data Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders and the Airam IT team and external IT partners to ensure smooth data integration, accurate reporting, and valuable insights. Depending on your background, your tasks may also include finance-related reporting and ERP support.
Your responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements into reporting and data solutions
- Develop and validate reports, data models, and dashboards together with external IT partner
- Support data quality and testing processes
- Maintain documentation and provide end-user training
- Track project progress and provide updates
- (Optional) Support the finance team in ERP/reporting tasks
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Good communication skills in Finnish and English (Swedish is a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Bonus points for:
- Experience with data warehousing and reporting platforms
- Knowledge of project management tools and methods
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices
- Understanding of financial controlling from an IT/ERP perspective
