About the job

Head of Training and Advisory leads global team to achieve goals set to ensure good quality trainings and advisory services for our customers. Having the correct skills to run the production and support to optimize the production process are in the core of customer success. He/she creates together with the team, and ensures implementation of best practices in way-of-working and strategies, to reach team's performance and business targets. Head of Training and Advisory sets goals for group and individuals, supports, coaches and mentors group members to enable them to succeed.

Head of Training and Advisory is responsible for the development of the competence and advisory service content, i.e. training courses, e-learning and consultation. You identify ways how to improve overall training & advisory processes and how to improve customer experience. The work requires long-term planning and development, and implementing the plans together with Fastems' global sales, delivery and service organization. He/she also works as competence & advisory service sales support, supporting Fastems sales & service organization.

This is an opportunity to create new service contents and business, and greatly influence customer experience.

About the person

We expect you to have minimum 5 years' experience in trainings and leading team. Global experience in international business helps you to succeed. Fluent spoken and written English is required, other languages beneficial (Finnish and German). Industry experience is not required, but you must have the ability to understand technical issues.

We hope you have strong planning and implementation skills, a can-do attitude, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. We also hope you have good people skills, you can work with a variety of people and you have team leading experience.
