We are looking for an HR Solutions & Services Specialist for our client operating in the healthcare sector located in the capital region.
The role is a fixed-term contract for one year.
The HR Solutions & Services Specialist will work independently, overseeing all local HR services to ensure compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness in line with the organization's goals. This role includes managing HR administration, offering HR solutions, and overseeing country-specific services.
The HR Solutions & Services Specialist, based in Finland, will establish partnerships with stakeholders from EMEA HR, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and colleagues across the entire EMEA region to ensure successful and efficient service delivery.
Your responsibilities
- Manage all necessary documentation and processes for HR administration, payroll-related matters, hiring, and onboarding new employees, as well as handling employee exits.
- Address queries on local topics from employees and managers across four countries.
- Benefit administration with both local and Nordic suppliers
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Co-operating with the local Board of Director.
- Participate in employee engagement.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a related field.
- Knowledge of English and Finnish and preferable another Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian).
- Proven experience in HR administration, payroll coordination, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in managing labor relations and employee engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Willingness and openness to collaborate with regional, area and global HR stakeholders
