We are now looking for a

ACCOUNT & PARTNERSHIP MANAGER

for our customer SSG Standard Solution Group to their office in Helsinki. In this role you will be reporting to Country Director Finland. Account Manager is a key player in Finland in developing the SSG business and finding new customers and partners. You already have a broad network or other experience within manufacturing industries in Finland, and you are highly motivated to further expand the business volume and make SSG's brand known. You will be in charge of solution sales of industry applications and work safety trainings.

We are expecting you to perform structured sales activities in Finland, including market analysis, sales plans, leads and prospect handling, promoting solutions, making offers, and closing deals on behalf of SSG. You will be travelling in Finland. In this role you might also work remotely.

We prefer you to be experienced in these areas:

  • Successful creation of new business, new customer acquisition
  • Industry processes or HSEQ
  • Networking in the Finnish industry
  • Industry applications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales roles

You have the keys to success with following skill set and educational background:

  • Educational degree in either technical or commercial field (Bachelor or higher preferred)
  • Business and customer orientation, to build and develop relations with the key players in the industry
  • Eagerness to achieve sales results
  • Ability to create a customer portfolio and close contracts
  • Self-leadership
  • Excellent Finnish language skills and fluent English; Swedish and/or other languages are a plus
