Our client European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) is looking for a ICT Staff fixed term employment relationship. The position is starting 16/01/2020 and will continue until 15/04/2020. The work environment is very international and youthful and the office is located in Helsinki city center.
Description:
Reply to questions on ECHA's IT tools and applications. Liaise with L2 and follow established processes. Respect Remedy classifications. Continuously develop and update the knowledge base. Participate to CAB meetings.
Requirements:
Successful completion of post-secondary level education attested by a diploma. Minimum one (1) year of professional experience relevant to the job.
Duties:
- Provide Level 1 support on incidents linked to ECHA's IT tools and applications,
- Continuously improve the coordination role of iTEX and processes linked to Level 2,
- Monitor cases investigated by the contractor, participate in Service Desk activities and support product development in CAB meetings,
- Contribute to the development of the iTEX knowledge base.
