We are looking for a HR Assistant to our customer Huawei's R&D Center in Ruoholahti. You will be working closely with different business units providing recruitment support to R&D unit. You will report to Recruitment Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- HR intranet update (guidelines, instructions, reports & links)
- Maintaining Employee data
- Employment certificates
- Employee and contractor files archiving
- Mailing list update
- Stafflist / PO list update
- Onboarding / exit
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in HR tasks
- Able to work on own initiative
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Flexible and open to trying new challenges
- Fluent in English + Finnish or Chinese advantage
Position is permanent contract via ManpowerGroup. Work location is at our R&D Center in Ruoholahti, Helsinki.
