We are looking for
Inside Sales (ISS Generalist)
for our international client located in Espoo.
A variety of support services are bought yearly from our client. These annual services contracts range in scope from reactive support (help desk, e.g.) to training to advanced technical consultancy. The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for a portfolio of services renewal contracts (accounts) as well as for providing sales support to the direct sales force. You are part of Services team in Finland who have intimate knowledge of the clients and the technology products they use. We are looking for a motivated, salesoriented Inside Sales team member to support the renewal efforts and the direct sales team.
The Inside Sales role is a full-time, onsite, quota-carrying position that requires interaction with colleagues and clients throughout the day. The normal rhythm of the business is fast-paced, and quarter-end can be quite exciting. The primary goal is to ensure that the Support contract is renewed for another year and whenever possible, grown with additional services. The Inside Sales team member will work with the Delivery team to understand what growth potential exists plus any risks to the contract in advance of the renewal date.
- Knowledge of IT services contracts (general knowledge on closing service contracts, scoping, etc.)
- Sales experience (Sales Forecasting, funnel management, systems updates)
- Administratively strong, great attention to detail
- Business proficiency in Finnish and in English.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Commercial Skills
- Independent, self-starter
- Eager, enthusiastic, proactive
- Willingness to learn, not afraid to ask questions or ask for help
