KAM to Medilens Nordic

Medilens Nordic AB is a successful Nordic distribution company within eye care. The company is entrepreneur-driven and celebrated its 25th anniversary last year. Medilens Nordic has had a stable sales development for several years and has a turnover of approximately 16 million EURO. We have currently more than 20 employees and represent a large number of leading manufacturers within eye care and eye surgery.

About the role

In this position you will work with innovative and leading products within the HYLO EYE CARE portfolio with brands such as, HYLO Dual Intense®, EvoTears® and VitA-POS®.

The people you meet in the field includes opticians, pharmacy personnel, doctors, and nurses. Initially, your focus will be on developing existing customers and creating new business. You will also be involved in developing tactical plans for the products in the district and setting goals together with the Nordic Sales & Marketing Manager, whom you also report to.

You will be part of a Nordic team consisting of experienced and competent colleagues, we meet regularly for sales conferences and training. The position includes around 40 overnight stays.

Who are you?

You are a true networker and passionate about creating long-term collaborations with your customers. As a person, you are results-oriented, committed, and used to dealing with customers in the target group. You want clear goals and are skilled at building relationships with a strong customer focus. You think like an entrepreneur and enjoy taking responsibility for your business. You are able to take on the advisory role. If you have experience of sales towards pharmacies with medical devices or OTC-products, we are particularly interested, although personality will be the most decisive factor.

You work from home office and are accustomed to structuring your day in a successful way. We also expect you to be proficient in English, both spoken and written. If you are also proficient in Swedish, it is an advantage.
