Payroll Specialist, Compensation & Benefits
joining one of the largest insurance organizations in the world and to be part of a global payroll- and HR team! As Payroll Specialist, Compensation & Benefits you will have a chance to widen your network and develop your competencies on a Nordic scale - Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. This is an interesting opportunity at a dynamic and international insurance company.
You have payroll and/or compensation & benefits experience of 2-3 years. Your daily tasks consist of supporting the global payroll team on some payroll matters and responding to employee payroll queries on Nordic basis. You are the point of contact for the payroll team, on behalf of the Nordic HR team. In addition, you support onboarding new staff as well as offboarding and ensure that the personnel records are updated in a good manner. You have participated a project regarding payroll or compensation and benefits, perhaps even leading a smaller project. You work on developing the compensation & benefits field. Together with the extended team, you will also be a GDPR point of contact.
You are fluent in English and have good command in Finnish or other Nordic language. We prefer you having an energetic attitude to coordinate various simultaneous tasks. You can work 3 days a week in Helsinki office and 2 days remote. Experience in working in a global company is preferred, but not mandatory.
