We are now looking for a SALES DIRECTOR to grow our business in Central Europe. For example, you may be based in Germany, France, or Italy.

You are responsible for selling Profile Vehicles special vehicles to both new and existing customers. In your job, you are responsible for building a reseller network. We hope you already have networks and that you also know the Central European market.

You will succeed in your position when you have previous experience in the Bluelight industry (specialty vehicles) or medical device sales. You have solid experience in managing sales, achieving sales goals, and leading people. You are a strong team player and achieving your goals is important to you. You lead the sales team's performance with an active coaching and agile approach. You also participate in the customer work yourself. You are part of the management team and report to the CEO in your role.

In your work, you travel a lot in Central Europe and that's why we hope you live close to the market area. We have production units in Finland, Estonia and Hungary and we would like to see you at one of these locations once a month.

You act as a foreman for sales managers in other countries and for the sales support team. You will get along well in English. We consider proficiency in German or French to be an advantage. In IT, you have the ability to use sales tools in your daily work.
