Our Client Airbus Bid team in Helsinki is looking for a Proposal Coordinator. The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for Proposal coordination and administrative tasks, such as company related official documentation and approval signatures for bids. This is a temporary position due to family leave (until the end of November 2022) and the employment relationship is with Experis / Manpower Group Oy.
Main tasks and accountabilities
- Coordination of public procurement cases and other business opportunities
- Bid preparation together with Bid Managers
- Sales compliance process assistance together with Sales and Bid management
- Managing references and customer testimonials worldwide
- Working with tools like Salesforce, Confluence and Google
- Responsible for offer related document translations with partners
- Developing Bid team's agile work processes and methods
- Developing Salesforce related to our bid process
- Supporting business development
- Co-operating with proposal coordinators/bid managers globally

We are searching for a person who has his/her background in similar tasks whether through education or working history. Approximately 3-4 years of experience would be suitable considering the tasks and responsibilities that come along with this position. Fluent English and Finnish is mandatory for this position. Other languages, like Swedish, French or German are considered as a plus.
