We are now looking for out next Sales Manager Finland who will take the Finnish market to the next level.

About the Role

As Sales Manager for Finland, you will play a key role in shaping our presence in one of our most important markets. You will be responsible for growing our customer base, developing strategic sales plans, and building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers. This is a hands-on role with plenty of autonomy: you will meet customers face-to-face across Finland, gain a deep understanding of their needs, and offer solutions that make a measurable difference in patient care. We work with long sales cycles, you need to be both driven and patient.

The role is based in Helsinki and you will report to the Nordic General Manager.

Your Profile

You are a motivated B2B sales professional with 3-5 years of experience, ideally with consultative or technical products. You thrive on developing markets and opening new doors, and you are energized by turning prospects into lasting partnerships.

You work independently, plan and prioritize effectively, and see projects through with discipline and persistence. You quickly grasp your customers' challenges and communicate solutions clearly and persuasively, whether to clinicians, administrators, or procurement teams. You are fluent in Finnish and English (Swedish is a plus), comfortable with CRM tools, and willing to travel across Finland (around 60% of the time) to build strong personal connections. Experience in healthcare or medical technology is a plus, but not essential, what counts most is your motivation to learn and succeed.
