Our client European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) is looking for a Scientific administrative support fixed term employment relationship. The position is starting 16/01/2020 and will continue until 30/04/2020. The work environment is very international and youthful and the office is located in Helsinki city center.


Description:
Testing of the deliverables is carried out according to plan. Discovered bugs reported in JIRA project tracker and assigned to IUCLID PdM for prioritisation in a timely manner. Fixed bugs are verified and JIRA issues updated/closed as appropriate. Support is provided to OECD member countries in the context of the IUCLID customisation prototypes, this includes the update of the existing documentation. Support to training events is provided in the form of hands-on support, preparation of training material, presentations, documentation.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in testing an IT application or in working in the area of IT tools project or product management.
  • Experience with IUCLID or regulations supported by ECHA is an asset.
  • Ability to take responsibility for specific areas of work and see actions through to completion ensuring that the deadlines are met
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Aptitude for team work
  • Good English skills


Duties:

  • Support the releases of IUCLID 6 for different user groups
  • Support for IUCLID-related training
  • Support in the development of IUCLID video-tutorials
