We are looking to hire a summer intern for the responsible investment team at Ilmarinen.

As an Ilmarinen employee, you gain an excellent view of the Ilmarinen investing operations across asset classes. Ilmarinen responsible investment team develops and manages responsible investment approaches for Ilmarinen investment portfolio of EUR 50 billion. The team develops and helps to implement responsible investing policies and strategy and processes. Thematically responsible investing covers environmental, social and governance, including climate change, Sustainable Development Goals and human rights.
We are looking for a summer intern to contribute to the work of the responsible investing team. The work includes the following but is further specified depending on the skillset of the selected person:
*Mapping potential data sources and analyzing the related suitability for investment decision making with thematicscovering SDGs, human rights and EU taxonomy
*Mapping and analyzing of SDG frameworks and impact investing approaches currently implemented or planned by large institutional investors
*Mapping and analyzing research on SDG and impact investing and returns correlation
*Establishing an analytical report on existing approaches, data and future trends on SDG and impact investing in context of institutional investors and providing recommendations for Ilmarinen
We are looking for following attributes from the selected summer intern:
*Interest in responsible investing and investment operations of institutional investors
*Has an interest or the ability to work with market data analytical tools
*Ability to work independently
*Innovative mindset
*We hope the candidate has a background that enables understanding of responsible investing
