We are looking for a talent to work as a SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER and join in a Talent Acquisition project for our well-known customer in banking sector. The position is a fixed-term project starting as soon as possible and lasting for approximately 6 months. The workplace is located in Helsinki with a chance for remote working during Covid-19.
In this position, you will drive full cycle recruitment process and act as one-point-of-entry to hiring manager. On a daily basis, we look you to execute mainly technical recruitments on a local and Nordic level and independently drive the execution of specific recruitments. We expect you to, together with the hiring manager to define recruitment and selection criteria to ensure that relevant competencies are compliant with future business needs as well as make sure that the candidates possess the desired technical capabilities.
You main tasks and responsibilities will be
-Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
-Establish and maintain professional relationships with all relevant candidates during the recruitment process to guarantee the best employer experience for the candidates.
-Screen and shortlist candidates based on the selection criteria to narrow it down to the best-suited final candidates for interview.
-Give inputs to a pool of internal and external talents in order to secure a pipeline within job functions.
We hope that you have:
- strong recruiting experience in technical roles
- possible recruitment experience from banking sector is a plus, not a must
- recruiting experience in corporate environment is a plus
- end-to-end recruitment experience is a must, sourcing experience is a plus
- Certifications are seen as an advantage (cut-e, OPQ, Hogan etc.)
- Fluent English is required and fluency in Finnish and/or Danish is highly appreciated
