We are looking for our Client Oy Svensky a

SALES MANAGER

to lead and grow the business in the Finnish market by developing strong customer relationships and driving sales.

About the role

Oy Svensky is the Finnish subsidiary of Svensky Kaubanduse AS, an Estonian-based wholesale and distribution company established in 1992. The group represents internationally recognized brands such as Zott, Käserei Champignon, Exquisa, Daya, Bosto, Filippo Berio, Pasta Zara, S.Pellegrino, Aqua Panna, and many others. In addition, Svensky Kaubanduse AS owns the Marmiton biscuit factory.

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers in Finland
  • Prepare and present assortment and promotional offers to clients
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities in retail and HoReCa
  • Negotiate agreements and manage commercial terms
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability
  • Report sales results and market insights regularly to management
  • Monitor market trends, analyze growth opportunities, and turn them into action
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Estonia

We expect you to have:

  • Proven sales experience in the food or consumer goods sector
  • Strong contacts and an established network within the Finnish retail and HoReCa sectors
  • Fluency in Finnish and English
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Willingness to travel within Finland and occasionally to Estonia
